2. Heard Mr. J.Raghuram, learned counsel fbr the petitioner, Mr. L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4. Perused the record. .- 2

3. With the consent of both the parties, this writ pe .ition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the earlier round of correspondence, the respondent No.4 has adJ'essed a letter vide No.A/l51412022, dated 31.12.2022 to the Srr rject-Treasury Officer, Rammannapet, seeking to fumish details of c rallans where the petitioner has claimed that the petitioner's la rd has been regularized vidc l3-B Certificate Proc. No.H/86 '1989, datcd

28.09. 1989 and 1118111989 Dated 28.09.1989 and lutated vide Amendment Nos.99/1988-89 and 100/1988-99, but thc rahanies were not fumished. He would submit that it has already be: rstaled in lhe said communication to the Sub-Treasury Officer, thal he said l3-B certificate files bearing Nos.tV86/1989 and Hl87l1! 89 were not traced, as the respondent No.4 office was inundated twic : in floods lor the year 2006 and 2020 and some records were darra;ed. In such circumstances, he requested the Sub-Treasury Officer t r verify 13-A challan details lbr the years 1989 to 1991 and to prc vide the said details on the name of Sri Bazaru Bheemaiah if any fir nd in respect of Survey No.3l I and 313 for taking necessary actio r. In the said communication, no details of the challans have been f -r 'nished to the I J Sub-Treasury Officer. However, the petitioner has made application dated 23.04.2025, by paying requisite fee for correction of missing survey numbers. Thus, he would seek to pass appropriate direction.

Learned Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue would submit that firstly, the petitioner is making this apptication for missing survey number which does not form any basis for consideration and the petitioner is not able to furnish the details of the said amendment i.e, l3-B certificates on which the petitioner is claiming the property. In the absence of any such documents, the offlcial respondents are not in a position to consider the case of the petitioner unless the petitioner submits the necessary documentary proof stating that the land has been regularized vide 13-B certificates. However, he would submit that the necessary communication has been addressed to Sub-Treasury officer vide Lr.No.A/15t412022, dated 31.12.2022 and still it is awaited and as when the communication is received by the said authority necessary action wouid be undertaken by respondent No.4 and accordingly, would be communicated to the petitioner herein.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, without going into the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it 4 appropriate to direct the official respondents to obtair: he status of the letter addressed to the Sub-Treasury Ofhcer datecl : 1.12.2025 vide Lr.No.N15l412022 and after obtaining the sair sratus, pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 7 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
