It is further submitted that the petitioners have beer continuoush, subjected to acts of harassment, intimidation ancl nental crueltv by respondent No.6 herein, who jd under gurr : of political influence, has been interfering with their peac:lul life and business of the petitioner since 2024. Itis further ; rbmitted that the respondent No.6 and the father of the petitiont:r Nos. 1 and 2 were earlier associated in the construction busirr:ss and had jointly undertaken the development of an apartrr: :n t complex situated in the O. City area of Warangal. in thc said project petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 w,ere the partners with resp < ndent No.6. The said project u,as dul,y completed, and certain ,1 sputes that arose between them 1n connection with the said and partnership dissolvecl r onstruction n the year i amicably resolved J 20 15. Subsequent to the saicl dissolution of partnership, there had been no further contact, communication or business association whatsoever between respondent No.6 and the petitioners. However, respondent No.6 who is known to habituaily indulge in acts of coercion and blackmail, particularly targeting affluent individuals, began resorting to intimidation and extortionate tactics. Utilizing his political influence and connections, he attempted to harass and coerce the petitioners in I various ways. The complaints lodgecl by petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 before the respo4dent Nos.4 and 5, ciearly substantiate the unlawful, intimidating, and blackmail oriented conduct of respondent No.6, thereby exposing his malicious intent ald continuous engagement in illegai activities. Questioning the same the present writ petition is filed.
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pieader, on instructions, would submit that respondent authorities u,ill consider and proper action would be taken -

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition is dlsposed of directing the respondent authorities to act upon the complaint of the petitioners and take appropriate action w'ithin a period of two 4 (02) weeks from the clate of receipt of copy of tI is order strictlv in accordance with law.
