2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. Petitioner, a resident of Telangana State, obtained registration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the academic year 2025-26. She had secured Alt India Rank 947397 under OBC category' Petitioner contends that she submitted an application for admission into MBBS/BDS coursc, for the academic year 2 2025-26, un(ler 'B&C' category with requisite fee before the cut-off datc. Hou,ever, due to her ilt-heaith, she could not exercise r ,c b op tion in the hrst phase c f counselling, for adrnission into MBBS/BDS collrse, under 'B&C' category for the academic year 2025-26 before 2:00 p.m on 24.O9.2025, in terms of the notification dated

4. Learned r:ounsel for the petitioner sut,mits that the petitioncr has approached this Corrrt sinr:e:, cven after approaching the University, her reque st was not entertained. I{e prays that the respondents be directed to consider the r:ase of the petitioner in line u,ith similar order dated 09.7O.2O25, passed by tl'ris Court, 1n W.P.No.3O819 of 2025
5. Learned Standing Counsel for the Llniversit5r has referred to the notification dated 22.09.2025. It is submitted that the note and instrucl ions to the candidates, categorically specify that the carLdidates in the final merit list. who do not exercise web options in the first phase of counselling, shall not be eligible to exercise web 3 options in the subsequent phase of counselling to prevent seat blocking. Petitioner is one such candidate, who has not exercised her web options in the hrst round of counselling nor has opted for admission into MBBS/BDS course under 'B&C' category, where after only she could avail the remaining seats under the said category. He submits that the corrigendum dated O4.1O.2O25 and
06.1O.2025 permits fresh registrations only to such candidates, who had exercised web options. Therefore, the petitioner does not fit in the said category. He, however, submits that if the petitioner makes a representation, the University wouid consider it in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing counsel for University and having regard to the above facts and circumstances, petitioner is a,llorved liberty to -rc 1n make a representation before respondent No '') -Urliversrty respect ol her claim for exercise of wel r options for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the academic year 2025-26, utrcler 'B&C' category.
