JUSTICE JI.IWADT SRIDEVI I.A.Nos.3 and 4of2024 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.15783 of2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings against him in S.C.No.229 of20l9 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Acr cum-Yll Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(l), 420,493 of IPC and Section 3(lXw)(i), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST POA Act, 1982 and Criminal Amendment Act,2015.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.

Vide order dated 02.01.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the I t 2 Secretary, IJigh Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State ofTelangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report 4 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Comrninee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 07 .01 .2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 are allowed. District & Sessions Judge' R'R'District at L'B'Nagar' vide S'C'No'' 279 of 7019. ,1 t' l l I I I I -7- A \ 2) It is submitted that during the pendency of the said case, the 2d respondent herein is married to one Mr.Durgesh on 24-5-2021 as per hindu rites and customs and the petitioner herein also married and both of them are leading happy marital lives with their respective families. The 2nd respondent begot two children and the second child is infant child, aged 3 months' 4)Itissubmittedthatduetothependencyoftheabovesaidcase,the 2d respondent is facing much hardship and there is every chance of creation of unnecessary disputes with her husband which may also lead to separauon. In order to avoid the same, the 2nd respondent has agreed to withdraw'the Saidcasebutalreadythesaidcaseispendingandtheoffencesarenon- compoundable. In view of the said compromise, no purpose would be served in continuing the said proceedings.
