3. lrarned Assistant Govemment Pleader for respondent No.S placed written instructions on record as per which both the Malka Cheruvu and Pedda Tallakunta are fully protected with fencing constructed all around the lakes and preliminary FTL survey has been completed and further, at present, no encroachments exist in ttrese lakes. trarned Assistant government Pleader further submitted that proper inlets have 2 been constructed to ensure feeding of t]-e lakes ald therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive. 4. The copy of written instructions received by learned Assistant Government Pleader from respondent No.5 is placed on record and considering the same, writ petition is closed.
