2. Heard I\{s. Sandhya, learned counsel representing Mr.J.Rajeswar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appea-ring for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Perused the record

Learned counsel for the petitioner \'vould submit that the petitioner is the bonafide purchaser of Agriculture land in Sy.No.40/A1 lll2l2, to an extent of Ac.l.38 guntas, situated at Polkampalli Village, Pedda Adisherlapalli Mandal, Nalgonda District through registered sale deed vide Doc No.122B of 2022 executed on 15.06.2022 frorn the title holder and possessor of the land in favour of whom the patteclar passbook has been issued vide pattedar passbook No.T2825008O641 vide Khata I t r I 2 No.60496. She would submit that the p': itioner is the bonafide purchaser by paying valuable sale cor sideration and the said document has becn duly registere < b1' the Sub- Registrar Oflicer, Pedda Adiserlapally, Nalg rnda District. Therea-fter, the petitioner had made an attemFl to register the property in favour of third party and approacl ed respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 had informed that thr subject land is kept under prohibitorl' list based upon the case in O.S.No.l22B of 2022 dated 18.08.2023. Sh: would submit that neither the petitioner, nor the vendor ol'L re petitioner is party to the said litigation and they have no kr< r,vledge on that said aspect. The petitioner sought details f- rm respondent No.3 that on r'vhat basis, the said propertv ras been kept under prohibition. But, he has failed to I rtain the said information.

She u,oulci further submit that aggrieved rv the action of respondent No.3, the petitioner has rr''c t e a detailed representation to respondent No.2 on 18.O8.12 )23 requesting to delete the subj ect land from the prohibito r , list. Despite receipt of the said representation, neither any i rformation has I 3 been provided to the petitioner, nor has any action been taken by the said authority for the grievance addressed by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2, the present writ petition has been filed. Hence, she would seek to pass appropriate orders.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pieader for Assignment would submit that the petitioner ought to have examined the Court records as to on what point, the order has been passed by the competent Court and the official respondents rightly in compliance with the order passed in Court case in O.S. No. 1228 of 2022, had kept the property in question under prohibitory list. Therefore, no deliberate attempt can be averred as against the official respondents. She would further submit that the representation made by the petitioner r.r.ould be considered by the official respondents and upon examination of the same, necessary information shall be provided to the petitioner herein in due course of time. Hence, she would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment and upon 4 careful perusal of the material placed before his Court and without going into merits or demerits of the : r.se, this Court deems it appropriatc to direct respondent No.1) to examine the representation made by the petitioner herei r in detail by issuing notices to all concerned and affording .hem sufficient opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate or lers, strictly in accordance with ia',r,, preferably within a per.( d of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this or 1er
