Leamed collnsel for the petitioner s1l )mits that the petitioner \\,AS initially appointed AS Operz I >r (O&M) uicle proceedings dated 28.07.1993 and was subsequ3 ltly promoted to the post of Operator Grade-III (O&M) uide pr )ceedings dated 1 i .01.2000. While discharging his duties in th , said post, the petitioner was removed from service on 28.08.20I 2 on the ground of his alleged involvement in four criminal cases luunely (i) Crime No.184 of 2OO7 of PS Amberpet, (ii) Crime No..Z l0 <:f 2OO7 of II Town Police Station, Karimnagar, (iii) Crime No.'t6 of 2011, and (iv) Crime No.101 oi 2012, both of PS NTPC, Rarr rgundam. Upon fi1ing of charge sheets, these cases were numbert:, as S.C. No.277 /, 3 of 20 1 5 before the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad; S.C. No.3B8 of 2Ol3 before the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Karimnagar; S.C. No.2l0 of 20 14 before the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani; and S.C. No.136 of 2Ol4 before the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani. It is submitted that the petitioner was acquitted in S.C. Nos.277 of 2015, 388 of 2013, and 210 of 2Ol4 by judgments dated 07 .O9.2016, 23.1 1.20 15, ald 1 1. 72.20 17, respectively. However, the petitioner was convicted in S.C. No. 136 of 2Ol4 by judgment dated 1 1.11.2017. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred Crl.A. No. I21 of 2018 before this Court and he was acquitted uide judgment dated 27.02.2025. As such, the petitioner submitted representations dated 16.10.2025 to respondent Nos.6 and B seeking reinstatement into service ald the sarne are pending consideration. Hence, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondent Nos.6 and 8 to consider the representations dated
