Mohammed Aclam, rearned counsel for the petitioners, submitte d that during the pendency of the present Criminal petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the dispute and entered compromise and filed Joint Memo. r\ccordingly, respondent No.2 fited I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 to permit them to compromise the matter and to record the compromise entered tretween them respectively. \ 2

This court uide order, dated 18.11.2o2s, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on or before 26.11.2o2s. ln compliance of the said order, the secretary, High court Legal services committee, has submitted report, dated 24.11.2o2s, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. tt is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion enterect- into compromise.

4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has not opposed the same

5. The parties herein have filed Joint Memo along with I.A.No.3 of

2025. The said Joint Memo and the report of the Secretary, Telangana High court Legal Services cornmittee, Hvcierabad, are placed on record.

[n vie'uv of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s are allowed. consequently, the proceedings in c.c.No.315 of 2o2s on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Tandur, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.
