The Writ Petition is hled sce king a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in Pre-Litigation Casc (PLC) Nol ol 2024 on the irle of the rcspondent No 1 / thc Mandal Legal Scrvices Committec' Ranga Reddy District at Chevella, and to declare the docket order dated 03.05.2025 passed by the respondent No'1 closing P.L.C.No.lol2024,asillegalandarbitran'andconsequentlyto clirect the respondent No l to rcopen P t-'C No I ol 2024 and proceed with the same in zrccordance u'itll [arv'

2. The Court is inlormed by tearned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the P. L.C. had been filcd by thc petit'ioners against the private respondents i.e., rcspondcnt Nos 2 to 6- The impugned docket order dated o3.05.4025 records thar both the parties were abscnt ard on that particular date therc was no represcntation \:': 2 from counsel Ior either party. 5. W.P.No.34783 ol 2025 is accordingly allowed by setting aside the .impugned docket order datcd 03.05.2025. The respondent No.1 is directed to reopen P.L.C.No. 1 of 2024 and proceed with the hearing of the same in accordalce with law. IL is made clear that none of the parties shall seek an adjournment before the respondent No. 1 during the l-rearing ol the matter.
