2. The Court is inlormed by tearned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the P. The respondent No.1 is directed to reopen P.L.C.No. 1 of 2024 and proceed with the hearing of the same in accordalce with law. IL is made clear that none of the parties shall seek an adjournment before the respondent No. 1 during the l-rearing ol the matter.
