Mr. Gawhar Saleem Zeeshan, Iearncd counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the '*'ell rvishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputc and entered compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, respondent No.2 filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 to permit them to compromisc tlre offences and to record the compromise entered between them respectively. 2

This court uide order, dated 19.11 .2o2s, directed the parties i.e., the pctitioncrs and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Lsgal Serviccs committee, I{yderabad, on or before 26.11.2o2s. In comcliance of the said order, the Secretary, High court Legal servicesr committee, has submitted report, dated 24.1L.2o2s, stating that thl: petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies cf their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and withoul any coercion entered into compromise.
4. I;:arned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 has not opposed the same.
5. Tire partics hcrein have filed Joint Memo along with I.A.No.3 of 2025. 'l'hc said Joirrt Memo and the report of the secretary, .I.elangana High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, are placed on record.
5. ln view clf thc said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as urell as the subrnisr;ions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s are allowed. consequcntly, the proceedings in c.c.No.294 of 2o2s on the lile of the Principal Junior civil Judge, Tandur, are hereby quasherl against thc pctitioners. 7 - A:cordingly, the criminal petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1o,0oo/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High court Legal Services Committee and Rs.S,OOO/- (lRupces five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners within one week from today. It is submitted that on the information report submitted by the Respondent No. 2 vide FIR No. 75 of 2023, dated 10-04-2.023 before PS Tandur Town, for the alleged offences under section 406, 476; 4LB, 420, 463, 464, 468, r/w 34 Ipc, 156(3) cr.p.c., against the Petitioners and the police had laid the chargesheet in the said case vide GC No. 294 of zozs on the file of the Hon,ble Principal Junior Civil Judge, at Tandur. It is further submitted that wetl-wishers on both the sides have intervened in the matter and suggested to settte the dispute. In view of the suggestion made by weil-wishers, the Petitioners and Respondent No. 2 decided not to continue dispute and agreed for the settlement and the petitioners and Respondent No. 2 amicably decided to settle the issue. In those circumstances, the case vide and the potice had raid the chargesheet in the said case vide cc No. 294 of 2oz5 on the file of the Hon'ble principal Junior Civir Judge, at randur, is to be quashed. Hence this joint Memo.
