In these circumstances, the petitioner has no efficacious alternativc remedy and is constrained to invoke the extraordinary juriscliction of this Hon'ble Court under Articlc 226 ol the Constilution of India.

4. The learncd Assistant Governmenl Pleader, representillg learned Government Plcader for Rcvcnue, submits that the entries ir-t Bhu Bharathi classifying the subjcct lands as undcr "court stay/ injunction" are based on judicial rccords relating to A.S.No. 323 ol 2022 and O.S.No.7 of 2016 and the rcvenue authorities are duty-bound to reflect such Court directions in public records. The petitioner's purchasc on 07.1.2.2022 does not invalidate the stay or injuncLtorr against the vendors and the inclusion of the lands in the "prohibitcd properties" list is an administrative measure to prevent irregular transactions pending final adjudication. The actions of the respondcllts are lavr.ful, proper and in accordance with judicial orders and thc petitioncr has an alternative remedy under the Bhu-Bharathi portal and reler.ant revenue lau's to seek correction once all juciicilrl restrictions are vacated. Consequently, there is no arbitrariness or violation of the petitioner's rights and invoking ex[raordinarv jurisdiction under Article 226 at this stage is premature. 5- Th is Court has oonsidcred thc : r bmissions of t[.rt: prtitioner and the respondents, It is cvident that rr e subject lands ar. rccordc<l in rl-re Bhu-Bharathi portal as ,,prohibit: I propertres,, basecl on judicial proceedings viz.A.S.No.323 or 2022 at, o.S.No.7 of 201(t and the re\rcnul) authoritics ur-C rlutl,-[6snd to ., Ilect the status ol- propcrtres rr-r accorclance rr.itl.r Court orders- V, rrle purchasccl thc lands prior to thc interim order thc admil'rist raLivc cleLssi licartion serves 1o prevcnt any irregular r r tsa(ttions pending juclicial linalitl tl're pctitioner
