Alleging that construction worker safety precautions were not taken by the house owner and contractor/petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 and it caused the death, lodged the complaint. Having considered the allegatrons' the charged offence and the amicabre setrement between the parties and to restore peace among them, in the right of the dictumi )n 3 NI'RJ L,'l.Not.i and 6 of 2025 in/ a Crt-P.No i57 of 2025 Gian Singhv- State of Puniab and anotherl and Anil Mishra v' State of lJ-P.z; State of Madhya Pradesh v' Laxmi Narayan and ofhers3' this Court is of the considered view that quashment of the impugned proceedings in view of the settlement by exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 CI.P.C'1528 of BNSS' 2023' would be in the interest of justice.
