2. The petitioners approached the Court complaining violation of the orders of this Court, dated 2O'O9'2O24 passed in W.P.No.25824 of 2024. PERU ED THE RE CORD:

3. The relevant paragraph No.4 of the order of this Court, dated 2O.O9.2O24 passed in W'P.No'25824 ot 2O24 is extracted hereunder:-

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners had purchased the property and the petitioners are also paying house taxes to the Gram Panchayat and the petitioners are otherwise eligible for electricity supply, but for the objections of the 5th respondent' The respondents have rejected the petitioners application on the ground that a dispute is pending before this Court in respect of the said land, this Court opines that this 2 action of the respondents appears to be discriminative as electricity connections have been given to several other similarly placed persons. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.2 to 5 to grant power connection to the petitioners House bearing Nos. 4-02, l_143/4, 3_75, t_21 t,4_06, 4-12/1, l-I43/5, t-236, l_t45 and 4_380 admeasuring 143, 1_70, 702, L77, 95.5, tI4, 100, 50, 100 and 143 Sq.yds respectively in Sy. No. 119 situated at Itapur Thanda Village. Ameenpur Mandal, Sangareddy District provided that the petitioners furfiil ail other conditions of power supply and the connections so given shall be subject to Final outcome of the W.A.No.116 of 2013.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 4 upon instructions submits that the application of the petitioners had been considered and rejected in pursuance to and in compliance to the directions of this Court order dated 2O.O9.2O24 passed in W.p.No.25g24 of 2O24l on the ground that the petitioners had no proper documents in support of their applications filed before the respondent authorities.

This Court opines that there is no deliberate violation of the orders of this Court, dated 2O'O9'2024 passed in W.P.No.25824 of 2O24 as alleged and contended bY the Petitioner' It is however observed that upon the petitioners filing a fresh application seeking power supply to the petitioners' premises individually and upon the petitioners' furnishing the required documents as mandated as per the rules in force, the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance to law pass appropriate orders expeditiously' Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed' However' there shall be no order as to costs' 4 I To, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// , SD/- T.
