3. line of activity by giving approval for setting up the Lithium Battery Recycring prant in rieu of arotment of PIot No.1B in Ip Indrakaran by TSIICL and to pass....,, It is specific case of the petitioners that, the respondents are not taking any steps to change the line of activity/give approval for setting up the Lithium Battery Recycling plant in lieu of allotment of plot No. 1B in Ip Indrakaran by TSIICL by considering the representation of the petitroners dated L6.O5.2024, 24.05.2024, 20.0g.2024 and t8.t0.2024. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed

The limited relief as sought for by the petitioners in the present Writ petition is a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners, dated 16.O5 .2024, 24.O5.2O24, 20.Og.2024 & 18.1O.2O24 pertaining to the petitioners, request to change the line of activity by giving approvat for setting up the Lithium Battery Recycling plant in lieu of allotment of piot No.1g in Ip Indrakaran by TSIICL.
