2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Ener$/ on behalf of Respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondents 2 to 6 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.7 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No.2O121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.L4.O7.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release{he service connection, subject to the compliance of the 7 ;Ji*=--:- 2 statutory requiroments by the petitioner therein, and hence, requesterl this Court to pass similar order in the present writ i. Petition rrlso.
4. Recently, the Honble Supreme court in Rajendra Kumar Ba4iatga a. u.P. Aaq.s Eaam vikos parishadr, in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to the direcrives issued i:r Re.' Directions in the matter of demolition of structures. Relevant for the purpose of this case are: "(irr) All the necessary service connections, such as, Electricify, water supply, sewerage connection, etc., shall be given by the service provider / Board to the btrildings <>nly after the production of the completion / cccupation certificate. (v, Even after issuance of completion certilicate, dt:viation / violation if any contrar5r to the planning pt:rmission brought to the notice of the authority inrmediate steps be taken by the said authority concerned, in accordance with law, against the brrilder / owner / occupant; and the official, who is r(:sponsible for issuance of wrongful completion I or:cupation certificate shall be proceeded d :partmentally forthwith. (ri) No permissio\ / licence to conductany business / trade must Ue gi.reii Uy any authorities irr"trairg local bodies of States /Union Territories in any ' zozq sCC online sC 3767 3 unauthorised building irrespective of it being residential or commercial building. (vii) The development must be in confo,'mity with the zonal plan land usage. Any modification to such zonal plan and usage mt:st be taken b1' strictll' folloWing Lire rules in place land in consideration of the larger public interest and the impact on the environment".

Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Honble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kurnar Bariatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs- 7 Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand SdI.
