Petition Under Article 226 ot the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 authority in not passing orders converting the agricultural land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.05 1/2 gts in Sy. No. 139/B/D (old Sy. No. 139/B), situated at Huzurabad Shivar, Huzurabad Mandal, Karimnagar District, for non agricultural purpose under the provisions of Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agricultural) Purposes Act, 2006, considering the application submitted by the petitioner 28-1O-2025, is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and violative of the Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and also violative of the provisions of the Telangana Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non Agricultural) Purposes Act,
2006. Consequently direct the respondent No. 3 authority to issue appropriate proceedings converting the agricultural land of the petitioner stated above, for non agricultural purposes considering the application of the petitioner dated 28-10-

Learned counsel for tlie petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land ar<^l.measuring Ac.O.05 % gur:tas in Sy-No.139B/D (cld Sy.No.139//B;, situated at Huzurabad Shivar, Huzurabad Mandal, Karimnagar District, having acquired the same by way i' of succession from her husband by name Chinna Rajanna. Learneci counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the revenue authorities also incorporated the name of the petitioner in all the revenLte records and issued pattadar passbook No.T17060104746 uide Klr,tata No.61305 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2A. Learned counsel for the petitioner would. further submit that the petitioner intended to construct a residential house in 'the subject land and therefore, she made a representation, dated 28.10.2025 before respondent No.3 seeking for conversion of the said land from agricultural to non-agricultural purpose. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, as no action is taken by respondent No.3 and the intention of the petitioner to construct a house in the said land has been pending, he rvould seek to issue "pp:yt"te directions to P. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would .submit that, as per the procedure laid down under the NALA Act, necessary online application has to be filed and as the petitioner made onl-v* physical representatio.n, the respondent authorities are not in a position to take action on the said representation and that, if the petitioner files online application duly enclosing the necessary documents by paying requisite fee, the respondent authorities will act upon such application-

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and since the petitioner had already made the representation for conversion of the subject land from agricultural to non- agricultural purpose, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.3 to act upon the representation, dated 28.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner and if the said representation fulfils all the requirements under the provisions of the NALA Act and if it is . otherwise in order, collect necessary fees for conversion of the subject land and pass appropriate orders in accordance with i i : ; To SA BS 4 EW, J Wp )4723_2025 (i
