3. Learnecl counsel for the petitioners had conterrc{ed tl.rat the pctitioners are tenants of the respondents. At the instance of thc respondents, electricity connection and water supplt, were clisconnected to the subject premises. In those set of circumstances, the present Civil Rr:r,ision Pctition is filed seeking a direction to provide electricitv corltection anci water supply to the subject premises and this Court, r,rrlc clocket order, dated 13.12.2024, was pleased to direct the responclents to provide water supply and electricity connection to the subject premises. Pursuant to the same, the peti tioners as well as the respondents submitted a representation to the authorities concerned for providing electricity connection and watc.r supply. But the authorities concerned are not still considering the same. AKS.J C.R.P No.3977 ot 2024 & batch 4, On the other hand, learned counsel for the responderrts had conterrcled that tl-re petitioners are not the tenants of the respondents and that thc respondents are taking steps to file an ejecfion petition against the petitioners. Therefore, appropriate orders be passetl in the Civil Revision Petition.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learred counsel for the parties, is of the considered view that Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (for short, 'HMWSSB') and Telangana State Power Distribution Company Limited (for short, 'TGSPDCL') are the authorities conccrned, which l.rrovicle electricity comection and water supplv to the subject ;rremises. As HMWSSB and TGSPDCL are rlot parties to the present Civil Revision PetitiorU this Court is of tl're considered view that the present Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of bv clirecting the pefitioners to file a Writ Petition impleading TGSPDCL as well as HMWSSB as parties, so as to enable them to comply witl'r the docket order, dated 13.72.2024, passecl by this Court in C.R.P.No.3977 of 2024. Further, the trial Court is directed to nurnber the subject R.C. preferred by the petitioners, in accordancc r,r,ith lavv attcl pass appropriate orders on .l AKS,J C R.l' No.3977 ot 2024 & batch merits, after giving opportunitv to cvL'rvone conccrned

7. This Contempt Case is filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful ancl cleliberate violation of the docket order, dated13.12.2024, passed bv tlris Court in C.R.P.No.3977 of 2024.

8. In view of the orc{er passecl in the Civil Revision Petitiory no further orders are required to be prassed in this Contempt Case.
