Duc rr_r various disputcs on the lease deed dated 12.1O.2022, entcrcd bet$.een the pctitioner No.1 and the respondent No.5, petitioner No.1 fited a civit suit lor recovery ol cer[ain money from the respondent No.S ancl the same is pending before thc concerned civil Court. Whilc so, thc respondents No.2 to 4, at the behest of the rcspondent No.S, are pressurizing the petitioners to withdraw the civil suit and persrstently calling on the petitioner No.2 and harassing him v'ith dire consequences with filing ol frivolous cases against him if the claim is not withdrawn. Hence, the petitioner;.filed thc present writ petition. 2
