It is further submitted that thc Wrir petitions were disposed of by orders dated os.o3.2o24 attcr o5.o2.2o24 respectively b1' directing the District Collector, Sanqrrr.ed6lv District ;d&&&*t 3 and the Tahsildar, Jinnaram Mandal, Sangareddy District, to consider the application of thc r,r,rit pctitioner for rectihcation of revenue entries and for issuance of e-pattadar passbook in respect of the subject property by providing an opportunity of hearing to all parties, including the appellants herein, within a specified time fra m e.

4. Counsel further submits that the appellant Nos. 1 and 2 hied W.A.No. 1046 of 2024 chaflerging the said order before a Co- ordinate Bench. By a judgment dated O5.O9.2024, the Co-ordinate Bench directed the District Collector, Sangareddy District, to consider the objections frled by the appellants after affording an opportunity of hearing to the appellant Nos. I and 2 as well as the respondent No.1/writ petitioner and not to pass arly order on the application dated O8. ).2.2023 un[it the objections fhled by the appellant Nos.l and 2 are considered. It is further submitted that the respondent No.1/writ petitioner has also approached the Civil Court and filed O.S,No.27 of 2025 against the appellants seeking a declaration of title, consequential injunction and rectiltcation of entries in the Revenue Records.
