2. Heard Sri K.Jamali, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents arrd with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. karned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the grandfather of the petitioner by name Mir Badruddin Ali Khan was the owner and possessor of the lands admeasuring 2 EVV, J Wp 34'101 2025 Ac.15.O1 gts. in Sy.No.425 (old) Sy.No.444lA (new) and Acs.16.O 1 guntas in Sy.No.426 (old) Sy.No.zl' 15/A (new), situated at Patloor Village, Marpalle Mandal, Vikarz bad District, having acquired the same through the order, da -r d 30.1.2.197 passed by the Nazim Atiyat and also the procee lings of the Land Reforms Tribunal, Vikarabad in (i) C.C.No.V/ 2460175, (ii) C.C.No.V/2459 175 and (iii) C.C.No.Vl246l /75 et was reflected in the revenue records from 1!) d his name ,4 onwards. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further srr )mit that the petitioner has got the said property by way of stt :cession and therefore, he made an application, dated 08.08 , O25 in Bhu Bharati Portal and acting on the same responder 1 No.3 issued notices by lxing the date of hearing on 20 (

8.2025 and ttrereafter, no enquiry is being conducted by reslr rndent No.3. Hence, he prayed to seek appropriate directions.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities / to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's applications uide application Nos.25OO521106 and 25OO52IO94, dated

08.08.2025 by issuing notice to all the stakeholders and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and if the petitioner satisfied all the requirements under the provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs- 7 . Miscellaneous petilions, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. SD'.A.
