Mr.P.Vinod Lal, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the dispute and entered into compromise and hled Joint Memo. Accordingry, respondent No. 1 filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2o2s to permit them to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively. 2

This Court uide order, dated 19 .ll .2O2:; directed the parties i.e., the pet-itioners and respondent No.1, to ap pear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabacl. on or before 27 .11 .2025. In view of the said report and also in view of he compromise entered between the petitroners and respondent No as well as the submissions made kry the respective parties, I.A.Nos.l I and 3 of 2025 are allowed.
