Learned counse I for the petitioner, submit s thzrt during thc pendencl' of the present Criminal Petition, at the ir;tance ol the u,ell l ) ) wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have setUed the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and fired Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offence and to record . the compromise entered between them. 4. This Court uide order, dated 2 1 . l I .2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 2g.lI.2O2S. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 2g. ll.2O2S, stating that the Syed Shah Waseemuddin Nehri, who is the GpA Holder for petitioner, and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar cards lt is further stated that the parties have willfulry and without any coercion entered into compromise. 5. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as welr as the submissions made by the respective parties, LA.Nos.4 and 5 oI 2025 are allowed. Consequentiy, the proceedings in C.C.No. 139I of 2024, on the file of the VIII Additionat chief Metroporitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner. 6.
