' Petition Under Section'151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue interim direction directing the respondents to forthwith consider the representations of the petitioner to the Tahsildar dt.22.10.2025, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kothagudem, dt.22.10.2025 and to the District Collector on 25.10.2025 for passing orders for removing the land of the petitioner covered under pattadar passbook No. No.T27100100721 against Khata No.16'10 from the list of prohibited category of lands as per the letter addressed by the Tahsildar d1.21 .12.2OOO pending disposal of the writ petition. Counsel for the Petitioner : SRI P.V.RAMANA Counsel for the Respondents : SRI L.RAVINDER, AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.34583 of 20.25 .ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- '... to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in treating the entire land of the petitioner in Sy.No.1325/l against Khata No.1610 to an extent of Ac.5-22 gts pattadar passbook No.T27 LOOIOOT2L situated at Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, prohibited category land as against 0.3 guntas and not taking any further action for clarifying the said issue to the Sub Registrar, Sattupalli either for registration of document or for facilitating the petitioner to obtain loan from the concerned bank is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 19, 21 and 300(A) of Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents to revise the list of prohibited category confining to the extent of only 3 guntas as per the proceedings of MRO, dt.2l.l2-2OOO addressed to the Sub Registrar to facilitate the petitioner either for registration of the land or to obtain loan from the banks in the interest of justice and to pass appropriate order or orders ..."
2. Heard Mr. P.V. Rarrrana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record

The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.5.22 gts in Sy.No.132511 having acquired the same through inheritance from her ancestors; that the petitioner has obtained Rythwari / / 2 Pattadar Pass book No.T2T 10olo072r agatnst Khata No.1610 for the total extent of land situated at Gorregutta Village, Dammapeta Mandal, of Bhadradri Kothagudem District; that the petitioner intended to obtain loan by mortgaging the land; that upon verification, it was informed that the said land was kept in the category of prohibitory list; that the petitioner obtained information from the M.R.o., vide letter dated
21.L2.2000, with regard to the prohibited categories of land; that as per the information the land admeasuring Ac 0.3 gts in Sy.No.1325/1 would fall under the category of prohibitory list; that the petitioner has submitted representations to the Tahsildar, the Revenue Divisional officer and the District Collector seeking to issue directions to the Sub-Registrar for registering the remaining extent of land by excluding the land admeasuring Ac o.3 gts. But the said representations and pending till date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an application No.250oo1srg4 on
22.Lo.22os before respondent No.S/Tahsildar seeking to remove her land from the 'prohibited list of lands,. But the d' -a 3 said application is not yet considered. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders. \ \
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the on-line application of the petitioner would be considered in due course of time and seeks to dismiss the Writ Petition.
6. A perusal of the letter dated 2I.L2.2O00 addressed by the Mandal Revenue officer shows that the land admeasuring Ac 0.O3 gts in Sy.No.L325/1 is shown as prohibited land. There exists a discrepancy with regard to the extent of i I I t prohibited land as per the contentions in the Writ affidavit.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the official respondents to examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiorrsly as possible preferably within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
