JUSTICE JUWADI SRIDEVI l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.15532 of 2024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNS by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceeding against him in Crime No.233 of 2024 on the file of Mahankali Police Station Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 (2) (n),420,506 lPc.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 ot 2025 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.
3. Vide order dated 06.10.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identificalion and to submit a report. 4 Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal 2 Services Committee, has identified the parties anrl submitted a - report, dated 13.10.2025 and the same is placed cn record ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2075 are allowed.
5. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allorved and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused Crime \o.233 of 2024 on the file of Mahankali Police Station Hyderabac, registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 (2) (n) .120 506 lPC, are herebY quashed. The elders advise the petitioner/ respondent not to prosecute the criminal case registered against the ltespondent/ petitioner/ Accused and for betterment of the Accused and R2 individual life as the petitioner /accused afld the rvell wishers settle the disputes amicable betlveen the respondent/Accused and they are for the befferment of their relationship. The petitioner have no interest to prosecute the above Criminal case against the petitioner/rcspondent/Accused. The said crimiral proceedings may be quashed in the interest of justice in Crl. q \ P.No. 15532 o12024 and cannot be claim anlthing asainst the petitioner and future . The defacto complainant/ accordinglri the petitioner/R2 is agreed not to prosecute the criminal casc registered against Respondent/Petitioner/Accuse Under Sections 376( l) (n), 420, 506 IPC. as they are settled amicabty as the both side community elders are settled the matter with both of them.
