This writ petition has been filec{ seeking to declare thc action of the responclent No.3 hcrein in harassing and pressurizing the petitioners to compromisc with t[-re respondents Nos.4 and 5 in the Police Station herein as illegal, arbitrarv, violativc of principlcs of natural justice, abuse of process of law, colorablc cxercisc o[ pon'ers, r,io]ative of Articles 74,27 and 300-A of thc Constitution of lndia and to conscclucntlv direct the respondent No.2 lrereirr to initiate disciplinary actiod against the respondent No.3 for press urizing/ forcing these petitioners t(' compromise in the Police Station at the bel'rest of the unofficial respondents.
