Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0.2o guntas in Sy.No.499 /6/2; Ac.O.4T guntas in 4gg/ 6/I/L; Ac.O.04 guntas in Sy.No. 499/ 6/S; Ac.O.32 guntas in Sy.No.499l 6ll/1 and non-agricultural land admeasuring Ac.o.O1 guntas in Sy.No.499 I 6ll of Ananthagiri village, Ilranthakunta Mandal, Rajanna Sircilta District and he has been in continuous possession of the same and his name is also reflected in Bhu Bharati Portal as well. She would further submit that when the disturbance is being caused by the unofficial respondents by encroaching upon the petitioner's property and making false claims, the petitioner made an application, dated O9.1O.2O25 seeking for'demarcation and fixation of boundaries and also paid an amount of Rs.360/- uide Treasury challan No.6502444677, dated O}.LO.2O25. She would further submit that, sihce no action is taken on the said application, the petitioner made a representation, dated 28.LO.2O25 to the respondent authorities for stoppage of illegal activities made by I / J EVV, J Wp_34483 2025 the unofficial respondenr-s, but respondent No.3 has not taken any action on the said representation. She would further submit that taking advantage of the procedural lapses, the unofficial respondents are interfering with the possession of the ' petitioner over the subject property and the action of the otficial respondents in not acting on the representation would take out the valuable rights of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 300-A of the constitution of India and seeks to pass appropriate direction to the oflicial respondents to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject property inconsonance with the Treasury Challan, dated 09.LO.2O2S. 4- Learned Assistant Government preader for Revenue has submitted that the petitioner has not made the F-Line application and if the petitioner makes F-Line apprication duly enclosing alr the necessary documents seeking to conduct survey of ' the subject land, the respondent authorities will consider the same. t't 5' Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and on perusal of the material on record, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioner to make a fresh F-Line apprication, dury encrosing \ II 4 EVV, J Wp_3aa$ 2025 all the necessary documents and in the event of such an application being submitted by the petitioner, respondent No.7, after issuing notice to all the interested persons, shall conduct survey in accordance with the provisions of the Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (for short "the Act") and also in terms of the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records for conducting survey on lield measurement applications (F-Line applications), from time to time, within the time limit fixed in the Act. Further, since the petitioner has already paid an amount of Rs.360/- through Treasury Challan No.6O2444677, dated og.lo.2o25, the official respondents shall examine the case of the petitioner to refund the same to the petitioner in due course of time on an application being made by the petitioner to that extent.
