2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1S4OO of 2024 dated

In view of the order passed in W.P.No.1S4OO of 2024 dated 2I.06.2024 and for the reasons mentioned therein, this \qlrit Petition is disposed of, setting aside the Refusal Order \ 2 r\t No.P.13S of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 and directing the Registering Authority to receive, register and release the pending document bearing No. 13S of 2024 dated 15.03.2024 in terms of order passed in Wp No.163 lO of 2OL9 & batch, dated 1 1.OI.2O23, subject to the petitioncrs complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 190g, and Indian Stamps Act, 1g9g, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also open to the Registering Authority to refuse the documents presented before him, if he has any other objection, by d.uly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
