3. Vide order dated 14.11.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 21 .11.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. ln view of the above, lA.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 are allowed. In view of the said settlement, the petitioner/ accused is paying an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) by way of cash to the 2'1 respondent towards full and final settlement in respect of the subject matter and the said amount is already handed over to Mr.Ramalingarn who is acting as mediator and the same will be paid by Mr.Ramalingam to the 2nd respondenV complainant as and when the above Criminal lievision Case is allowed..
