28.10.2024 by the Xl Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.A.No.645 of 20'18, for the offence under Sections 138 of Negotiable lnstruments Act. 2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Revision Case, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 2 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. Vide order dated 14.11.2025, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 21 .11.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. ln view of the above, lA.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner passed on 28.06.20'lB by the Vll Special Magistrate Court, Hasthinapuram at L.B Nagar in C C No.'10 of 2018 (Old CC No.734 of 20'16) and confirmed on 28 10.2024 by the Xl Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar in Crl.A.No.645 of 2018, are hereby quashed. It is submitted that submitted that thereafter, the Petitioner/Accused herein approached the complainant for settlement and on the advice of the elders and well-rvishers have come to an underctanding to settle the financial dispute amicably with the petitioner herein. In view of the said settlement, the petitioner/ accused is paying an amount of Rs.1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Five Thousand only) by way of cash to the 2'1 respondent towards full and final settlement in respect of the subject matter and the said amount is already handed over to Mr.Ramalingarn who is acting as mediator and the same will be paid by Mr.Ramalingam to the 2nd respondenV complainant as and when the above Criminal lievision Case is allowed..
