4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a repoft, dated 03.01.2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In vieu of the above, LA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allorved and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 in Crime No. l1:l I of 2024 of KPHB Colony police Station, Cyberabad, arr: hereby quashed.
