3. Learned counscl lirr the petitioners submits that the petitioners lost thcir lands in Nettempadu project and the State Government has takcn a policv decision in G.O.Ms.No.98, dated
15.04. 1986, to providc crnplovmcnt to the displaced persons or their dependants. Therelorc, the petitioners are eligible for employment under displirt:ed persons quota. Hence, learned t \ counsel prays thrs Court ro permit the petitioners to make representation/ s bc[ore thc respondents seeking redressal of grievance and that thc respondents m:ry be directed to consider the I 2 szrme and pass and pass necessary orders t hcreon, within a stipulated period of time.
4. l,earned Government pleader for the respondents fairly submits that on receipt of representation/ s frorr t]re petitioners, the respondents will consider the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
