The Court made the following Common Order:- t HON'BLE SMT. .IT]STICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 in/and C'RIMINAL PETITION No.15603 of 2 024 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS by the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.399 of 2023 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Xll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, registered for the offbnces punishable under Section 498A, 406 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as r.r,ell as the respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 have been ljled to record the compromise between them and to compound the offence. t'

3. Vide order dated 24.12.2024, this Court directed the parlies along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Courl Legal Services Committee, High Court 2 .t' for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

4. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Couft Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 02.01 .2025 and the same is placed on record.

5. In view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos. I to 3 in C.C.No.399 of 2023 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Xll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, are hereby quashed.
