No.34435 of 2025 Questioning inaction on the part of the respondents in determining the market value o[ the petitioner's land in Sy'No 21O/2 to an extent of Ac.o.10 guntas situated at Atmakur village and Mandal as per the order and decree passed in LAOP. No'28 of 20l1 and batch dated 13.O4.2O17 and subsequently applications made by the petitioner on 18.05.2017 under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, petitioner filed the present writ petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to pay the market value, with a1l the statutory benefits in accordance with the market value fixed by the Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal in LAOP; No.28 of 2011 and batch dated

The learned counsei for the petitioner would submit that though many grounds have been raised in the writ petition she is confining her prayer seeking a direction to the respondent authority to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 18.05.2017 made under Section 2g-A of the Land Acquisition Act in a time bound period. [t is further submitted that in similar set of facts and circumstances, this court passed order dated 28.03.2025 in W.P. No.9607 of 2025 and prayed to pass similar order. .- \-,! 2

13.11.2025 of the Special respondents has placed a learned Assistant Government pleader i ppearing for thc copy of the written r structions dated Deputy Collector (LA) I I.lSp-II, pebbair, HQ at IDoc, wanaparthy, wherein it is stated that t re claimants filed LAAS No.29 of 2022 seeking cnhancement of comlx nsation and this Court passed common order dated 2g.O4.2O25 in LAAS. No.610 of 2017 and LAAS. No.29 of 2022, fixing rhe market . alue of acquired land at the rate of Rs.700/- per square yard. ]ut the certified documents of thc LAAS No.6lO of 2Ol7 and LAAS ,i r.29 of 2022 did not receive till now. Soon aftcr receiving of thc finiL order passed in LAAS the payment will be made towards O.p. \o.2g of 2011. Flo,.vever, the learned Assistant Government pieader loes not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel for tt: petitioner and prayed to pass appropriate orders.

In that vierv of the matter, recording the subnt ssions made by the learned counsel on either side and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order rl rted 2g.03.2025 passed in W.P. No.96O7 of 2025 by rhis Cou - directing the respondent authority to dispose of the petitioner,s 2.1 ,plication dated 18.05.2017, if not already disposed of, within a per od of Two (02) months, from the date of receipt of a copy ol. his order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 3
