2. Heard Smt. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learncd Government Plcader for Energz on behalf of Respondcnt No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 to 6 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, Iearned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.7 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for' the petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, white dealing with Writ petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order dated 14.02.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, , subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ petition also. 2

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ro iendra Kumqr Barjatga v. U.P. Aud.s E{am Vikas Parishad I , in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition t: thc directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of demolitt: t of stntctures. Since the prayer of the petitioners is to receive the application form and release individual service connection, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to process the application of the petitioners and release individual service connection to the subject property, subject to the petitioners complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumqr Barjatga,s case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
