Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, nhile dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 ol 2025, this Court by order daLed 14.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, rsubject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. \ 2 -=fF!C

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rabnd.ra Kumar Barjatga o. U.P. Auas Euam Vikas Po;Tshad I in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition t r the directives issued in Re: Directtons in the matter of demoliti:: t of structures. Relevant for the purpose of this case are: "(iv) All the necessary service connections, ,uch as, Electricity, water supply, sewerage connec rrn, e tc., shall be given by the service provider / Bort cl to the buildings only after the production of the c r npletior-r / occupation ccrtificate. (v) Bvcn afLcr issuance of completion t, rtificale, deviation / violation if any contrary to the rlanrting permission brought to the notice of the .uthority immediate steps be taken by the said Luthority concerned,. in accordance with law, ag:r nst the builder / owner / occupant; and the offici r , rvho is responsible. for issuance of wrongful conr rlction / occupation certificate shall be 1-roeeeded departmentally forthwith. (vi) No permission / licence to conduct any l; rsiness / trade must be given by any authorities inchr, iing local bodies of States /Union Territories in any t being unauthorised building irrespective of residenti;rl or commercial building. (vii) The development must be in conformitl w.ith the zonal plan land usagc. Since the prayer of the petitioners is to receive the application form and release individual service connection, this Court without going into merits of the malter, directs the respondents to process the application of the petitioners and release individual service connection to the subject property, subject to the petitioners complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumol Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutory requiremcnts prescribed by the local authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
