Learncd counsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstanccs, whilc dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order dated 14.07.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, rcquested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. \ 2

Since rhe praver of petitioner is to process the application form ancl release individual service connection, this Court without going into merits of the mattcr, directs the respondents to process the application of thc pctitioner and releasc individual service connection to the subjcct propert)/, subject to the petitioner complying u,ith the directions issued by the Hon,ble Supreme CourL in Rajendra Kumar Bdrjo.tga,s case (supra) and thc statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
