S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed oi'at the stage of admission itself.

1997. Aggrieved by the action of the Registerrng Authority in not receiving and registering the subject documents, the presenl. writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the issue involved in this matter is connected with w.P-No.19I 06 of 2olo, which is filed by the state Government against the order in LGC.No .i 67 of lggT \ passed by the special court under the A.p. Land \\ I sK, J IlI.P.No.34384 of 2025 Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, LgB2, Hyderabad and the 4 sarne was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court on 28.o5.2a25. Therefore, learned counsel requested to allow the writ petition by directing the respondent No.3- sub-Registrar to register and release the Sale Deeds presented by the petitioner.
4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for stamps and Registration has not disputed the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view of the submissions made by both the sides and in view of dismissal of the W.p.No.19106 of 2010 on
28.05.2025, the Til/rit Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/Sub-Registrar to receive, register and release the documents presented by the petitioner in respect of subject properties without reference to LGC No.167 of 1997 , subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and It is also oo.19 thq_ the Indian Stamps Act, 1899. i \ t 5 sK' J W.P.No.34384 of 2O25 Registering ,\uthority to refuse the d.ocuments presented by the petitioner, if any other objection, by duiy assigning the reasons and communicate the same to the petitioner' It is made clear that mere registration of the 6. documents does not confer title on the subject properties and it is also made clear that this order would not have any bearing on all those matters where title/rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeals for adjudication and in any other cases. This order also d.oes not preclude the parties in asserting their rights before a competent Court of law. 'Ihere shali be no order as to costs.
