2. Heard Sri Gorre Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri C. Raman Kumar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5. With their consent, the writ petition is taken r.rp for disposal at admission stage.

3. Learned counsel for the petiLioner submits that the petitioner is the daughter of the deceased employee of respondent Company, I I Mr. S. Srinivas Reddy, who passed away on 1O.O4.2024 while in service as a Hauler operator. Therefore, the petitioner submitted her representation to respondent No.3 on 1O.O5.2024, ventilating and seeking redressal of her grievance. However, no action has been taken thereon so far. Therefore, learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to direct respondent No.3 to consider the said representation, and pass necessary orders within the time-frame as may be stipulated by this Court.
