2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

3. It is stated that in pursuance of the orders dated

19.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.p.No.23442 of 2O24, ttre petitioners have submitted F-line applications on the lile of respondent No.6-Tahsildar, seeking to conduct survey and demarcate the lands admeasuring Ac.4.2S guntas in Sy.No.325/2B, Ac.0.39 guntas in Sy.No.406/1, Ac.4.2S guntas I 2 in Sy.No.406 /4, Ac.l.72 guntas in Sy,No.4O6 /48 and Ac.4.A4 guntas in Sy.No.407 /L, and Ac.0.2O gts in Sy.No.4O6/2 situated at Adloor Village, Kamareddy Mandal and District, and fix boundaries. The grievance of the petitioners is that even though they submitted F-line applications seeking to conduct survey in respect of lands in Sy.Nos.325, 406 and 4O7, the respondent No.S issued impugned endorsement No. 8/2529 /2024 dated, O2.L2.2O24 stating that the survey has been conducted only in respect of Sy.No.4O6 without assigning any reasons for not conducting survey in respect of lands in Sy.Nos.325 ail,4Oi7.

4. Sri Ch. Janardhan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending adjudication of the writ petition, the respondent No.5 has issued notice vide FiIe No.Al/682/2024 dated 23.L2.2O24 to the petitioner and adjacent pattadars stating that survey would be conducted in respect of lanrl-s in remaining Survey Numbers i.e., 325 and 4O7, situated at Adloor Village, Kamareddy Mandal.

In view of the above, respondent No.S is directed to conduct survey of the lands in Sy.Nos.325 and 407, situated at Adloor Village, Karnareddy Mandal, as per the notice issued vide File No.A1l682/2024 dated 23.12.2024, within a period of six (6) / To, 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If, for any reason, the suwey is not conducted, appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law, and the decision taken sha-ll be communicated to the petitioner
