He further submitred thar the respondents_GHMC are ir erfering with the possession of the subject properties by the 1:titioners without lollotvirrg due process as contemplated undr r Iaw. Right to property.is a constitutional right and no person shall be dcprived o[ his/her property, however, the Government can acquirc private property if the same is required for pubtic purposc(s), by fotlowing due legal process. 7 .
