Brief facts of the case are that the pctitiont-.r's fathcr u,as thc ox,ner and possessor of agricultural lands in Sy.Nos.9/4/EE, 9/"18/EE, 9/79/EE, 9/20/EE, 9/36/EE, 12lEE and 5/AA, admeasuring Ac.1.17 gunt;rs, Ac.1.18 guntas, Ac.1.17 guntas, Ac.1.03 guntas, Ac.2.00 guntas, Ac.1.00 gur-rtas, and Ac.1.38 guntas total admeasuring Ac.10.07 guntas situated at Tl-rimmaipally and Anno.iiguda villages of Kandukur Mandal, RR District, and aftcr his death, the said lands devolved upon the petitioner and respondcnt Nos.5, 6 & 7, and are not yet partitioned.
