Learned counsel for thc petitioners submitte(l that during the pcnclency ol the prcsent Criminal Pe tition, at the in s atnce of 1l-re well .-! 2 wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pcnding between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 secking permission to compromise the mattcr ancl to compound the offences respectively.

4. Thrs Court uide order, dated 04.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Lcgal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on 1 g. 12.2O2S. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 17. 12.2025, stating that rhc petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies ol their Aadhar cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and u'ithout any coercion entered into compromise.

[n view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entcred between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2O25 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. No.36 of 2O2I on the file of the XIX Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, MSJ court Complcx, Secunderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1O,0O0/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and Rs.S,OOO/ - (Rupees five J thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Adi c :ate s Association, H1'derabad, by the petitioners, on or before.31.12.,2) !.5. It is submitted that, thereafter, the respondent No.2 herein had executed a registered cancellation deed document No. g2g of 2017,dated 0g-03_ 2017, cancelling the said registered sale deed document No. 2247 of2016, dated 01-06-20t6 5). It is submitted that, the Accused No. 3 had filed a writ petition in w.p. No. 18285 of 2017, before this Hon'bie court chailenging the said registered cancellation deed document No. 82g ot 2017, dated 0g-03-20 17. The said writ petition was dismissed through orders clated 3l-07-2025. 6). No. 679 of 2016, on the file olHon'ble I Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Secunderabad, against one Rajnikanth showing that, he is the son of the respondent No. 2 and 2 others for perpetual injunction, the said suit was decreed in favour of the plaintiffs, through this settlement the petitioner No. I and the Accused No.3 who are the plaintiffs in the said suit assures the respondent No. 2 that, they do not claim any such right and they shall not interfere in any manner in regarding rvirl-r peacelul possession and enjoyment of the subject matter plot of land while enjoying by thc respondent No. 2 as the respondent No. 2 is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same. l2).
