High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, and another. ....Respondents COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed by the peritioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 seeking to quash the proceedings in pRC No.423 of 2o2s on the lile ,f the vll Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

Mr' Narsimulu Neeli, learned counscl for the petitioners, submitted that during the pendency of the present c::iminal petition, at the instancr: of the well wishers, relatives and elclers, the parties have settled the dispute and entered compromise :lnd filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, respondent No.2 filed I.A.Nos.3 a.d 4 of 2o2s to 2 permit them to cornpound the offences and to record the compromise entered between them respectively.

This Court uide order, dated 19.11.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 26.11.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committcc, has submitted report, dated 21.11.2025, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

4. Learned courrsel appearing for respondent No.2 has not opposed the same.

5. The partics herein have liled Joint Memo along with I.A.No.4 of

2025. The said .Joint Memo and the report of the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Scrvices Committee,' Hyderabad, are placed on record.

6. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in PRC No.423 of 2025 on the file of the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners. \ \ \ \ t

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee and Rs.5,OO0/- (l?upees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners within one week from today.
