THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. V. BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.35178 of 2o24 OBDER: This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any steps to rectify the mistake occurred with regard to the nature of lands of the petitioners as "Lavuni Patta" instead of "Patta" in the pattadar passbooks bearing Khata Nos.622 and 623 and Dharani portal, in i spite of the repeated personal visits followed by written representation dated 2a)1.2O24, as illegal, arbitrary and for appropriate reliefs.

2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the i respective parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

It is stated that the petitioners' grandfather was the pattadar and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.4.2O gts., out of the total extent of Acs.l2.24 gts., in Sy.No. 167, situated at Venkatapur Village, Turkapalty Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District and his name is also reflecting in the Khasra Pahani for the year 1954-55. It is further stated that after the death of the petitioners' grandfather, the subject land was divided equally by 2 CVBR, J wp_3517 8_2024 E his four sons and in the said partition, the father of the petitioners got an extent of Ac.1.OS gts., and after the death of the father of the petitioners, the subject property has been devolved upon the petitioners. It is further stated that the petitioners harre partitioned the said land and individual pattadar passbooks and title deeds have also been issued uide Khata Nos.622 and 623. The case of the petitioners is that in the said pattaclar passbooks, the nature of the land is wrongly recorded as "Lavuni Patta" instead of "patta" land. The grievance of the petitioners is that even though they have submitted a written represcntation dated 28.11.2024 before the respondent authorities to rectify the said mistake and correct the nature of the land, the responder-rt authorities have not taken arty action till date. 4. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, on instructions, u,ould submit that except submitting the representation, dated 28. I 1.2024 before the respondent authorities, the petitioners have not made any onlir-re application in the Dharani portal prescribed under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Larrd and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2O2O (for short ,Acl., 2O2O,l for 3 CVBR, J wp_35178_2024 rectiflcation of the nature of the lands. Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioners submit online application as per the circular instructions uide Circular No.l/2O24, dated 28.02.2024 issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, the respondents would cohsider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance \ \ with law.

In view of the said submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition permitting the petitioners to make fresh online applications as per the circular I t instructions uide Circular No.l /2024, dated 28.02.2O24 issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration for rectifrcation of the nature of the land, by duly furnishing all the relevant documents. If it is found that the petitioners satisfies all the requirements for rectification of the nature of the subject lands, the respondents are directed to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
