Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submi[s that in someu'hat similar circumstances, while dealing u.ith Writ Petition No.2O 1 2 1 of 2025, this Court by order dL.l4.O7 .2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to l i! t! Since the pral,cr of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service conneclions, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs lhe respondents to receivc the application of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject properly, subject to petitioner complying wilh the directions issued by the l{on'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kuntdr Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs
