Smt.Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No.2O 121 of 2025, this Court by order d,L.l4.O7 .2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to / 2 release the sen'ice connection, subject to the cr>mpliance of the statutory requirerncnts b1' the petitioner therr-'in, and hence, requesled this Court to p.rss slmilar order in 1hc present Writ Petition also.

4. Recentll', tirc Hon'blc Supreme Court in Rajenclra .\umqr Bdrjdtgd u. U.P. Aaas Euq.nt Vikas Parishad 1 , in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to thc directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of demoliti.on of structures. Relevant for thc purpose of this case are "(iv) All the necessar-v service connections, such as, Electricitt', r,vater supply, sewerage connection, etc., shall be given by the service provider / Bo:rrd lo the buildings only after the production of the c:mpletion / occupation certihcate- (v) trr,en alter issuance of completion c:ertihcate, deviation / violatron il any contrary to the planning permission brought to the notice of the authority immediate steps be taken by the said authority concerned, in accordance with law, against the builder'/ or.r'.ner / occupant; and the offici:rl, who is responsible for issuance of wrongful completion / occupation certificate shall be proceeded departn-rentally forthwi th. Any modification to such zonal plan and Lrsag!. must be taken by strictly follou,ing [hc rules in place land in ,-onsideration of the larger public interest and the impact on the environment,,. 5- Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to reccive the application of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying witl'r the directions issued by the Hon,ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutory- requirements prescribed by the local authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs 7 .
