1. The Appeal arises out of an ordcr dated 07.1O.2O25 passed by a lcarned Single Juclge of this Court in W.P.No.3O26\ of 2025.

2. By the impugned order dated 07.1O.2O25, the learned Single ..ludge dismissed the Writ Petition hled by the appellants/writ petitioners on the ground that there was no error in the impugned Noticc dated 16.O9 .2025 issued by the respondent No.5. The learned Singlc Judge also noted that the writ petitioncrs should havc approached the respondent No.4 and submitted all relevant documcnts and an explalation in terms of section 164 ol The Bhbratiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 wiLin a request to set :rsidc the proceedings or to delcte the subject property from the said proceedings. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants/writ petitioners submits that contrary to the finding of the learned Single Judge, the ( { 2 appellants had given a reply to the Notice impul,r ed in the Writ Petition on 20.O9.2O25

4. We, horvever, note that the impugned order t ( cs not mention ary facts with regard to the reply given by the appellants/writ petitioners. Admittedly, the appellants did not brin; this fact to the noticc of the lcarned Single Judge. Nothing prevetl { lhe appellants from approaching the concerned authority an,i raising their objections before the said authority. The appeller ts shall be at libcrty to approach the conccrned respondents.
