3. Aggrieved by non_disposal of O.S.No.gZ4 of 2017, the present civ, revision petition has been filed by the petitioners- defendants 1and2.

4. Heard Sri police Venkat Reddy, leamed counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri Naseem Ara, leamed counsel appearing for the respondents. 5 Leamed counsel appearing for the petttloners had contended that the respondents_plaintiffs have filed O.S.No.8Z4 of 2 2Ol7 for declaration of title and injunction against the petitioners- defendants L and 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the said suit is not being disposed of and during pendency of the said suit, the respondents have al-ienated the properties in the form of plots, which is detrimental ro the petitioners' interest. Leamed counsel appearing for the petitioners had contended that let the trial Coun dispose of the suits filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

6. Leamed counsel appearing for the respondents had contended that the respondents have no objection for disposal of the suits.

7. In view of the same, all these Gvil Revision Petitions are disposed of directing the trial Cruft to dispose of the suits filed by the respondents-plaintiffs 1 and 2 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copyof this order.
