Heard Ms.Sai Priya, learned counsel representing Sri p.pandu Ranga Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Higher Education for respondent No.1; learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare lor respondent Nos.2, 3, and 7 to 72; and learned Government Pleader for Finance Department for respondent No.6. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was origina-lly a self-hnanced private technical institution later upgraded into a private universitl', and had students admitted up to the academic yeat 20 19-20 who were eligible for Government Fee Reimbursement under various categories.
