No.2, 3, Block 'E' T.S. No.1 and 2 and Block 'F' as per the T.S-L,R., situated at Mala,kpet, Saidabad Mandal, Hyderabad, Telangana and thereby remove Sy.No.3l8i l, 318i3 and 318/5 from prohibited List of Properties under Section 22-A as illegal, Arbitrary, Capricious, Malafide, against the principles of Natural justice and thus liable to be interdicted and consequently direotion may be given to the Respondents herein to consider the petitioner's represcntation at the earliest. . ." 2 Heard Mr. M.A.Qavi Abbasi, leamed counsel for the petitioners and Mr. L.Ravinder, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.4 to 9. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the owners and possessors of the land admeasuring 59 Acres, in Sy.No.318/1, 318/3 and 318/5, Ward No.170, Block 'C', t 2 T.S. No.2,3, Block'E'T.S. No.l and 2 and Bloc< 'F' as per the T.S.L.R., situated at Malakpet, Saidabad Mancti l, Hyderabad, Telangana ('subject property' for brevity) inherited lr rm their father namely Dr.Masood Abdul Hai. He further submits 1 rat in the year
2.020, they had applied for layout regularization scbel e for 43 Acres vacant land. Thereafter they made a representatior to respondent No.6 for mutation of their names in the revenue recor ls in respect of subject property. Pursuant to the same, no action hz: been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the presen. writ petition is filed.

Leamed Assistant Government Pleader for I evenue would submit that Section 3(7) of the Telangana Bhu Bhrr ati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, effectively exempts non-rr ;ricultural land located in urban areas (as specifically notified by tt : government) from the purview of the Bhu Bharati Act, which prini rily focuses on maintaining records of rights for agricultural lands rnd associated matters and the petitioners are not entitled to seek nr Ltation of their names under Bhu Bharati Act in respect of ur ran land and ordingly, seeks to dismiss the writ petition. r' H::' 3
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the leamed counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and upon considering the material available on record, this Court does not see any grounds in the writ petition
