2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I to 3. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent No.4 is hereby dispensed r,r,ith

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner lodged a written complaint for taking action against L .- :i2ii petitioner's wife who has connections with 'elangana Supari Galg and also tried to kill the petitioner and ri rther demanding Rs.4 Crores cash in case the petitioner intenc s to give divorce In that regard, petitioner filed a writ petition ir W.P.No.25148 of 2O25 before this Court and this Court dispose I of the sarne on 26 .O8.2O25 with a direction to petition, r to approach respondent No.4 therein and lodge fresh co r Lplaint and once such complaint is received respondent No.4 r directed to take action strictly in accordance to law. Subserl rently, petitioner approached respondent No.3 herein and suL mitted a written complaint on 07 .O9.2O25 against his wife . tarrating all the events. Since no action is forthcoming, the pre ;ent writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Plea I :r for Home, on instructions wouid submit that respondent Nr> 3 did not receive any complaint alleged to be lodged by the 1>:titioner and the petitioner has never approached the Police Si ation along with copy of complaint. It is further submitted thie, as and when the petitioner approaches the respondent Police with a copy of complaint, appropriate action wili be initiate<l as per law. It is I ::3:: further submitted that instead of approaching respondent No.3 Police, petitioner has directly approached this Court by way of this writ petition

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 07 .O9.2025 filed along ndth material papers of this writ petition and take appropriate action by following due procedure as contemplated under law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
